Home Alone

Since I am up and about, I told Rodney that it's not necessary to take too long a leave. So Rodney started work yesterday, and it was my first day at home with 2 children without help. In the morning, Rodney will send our littlehon to school and he will bring him back during lunch time. So I have almost 3 hours to myself with His Masterpiece. It gives me a quiet morning when my littlehon is not around. I spend the whole morning sleeping down with His Masterpiece, and will wake up to cook for lunch. Rodney usually comes back for lunch, and I thank God that my speedy recovery allows me to keep the routines going. It was quite a bit of challenge after lunch because Rodney has to get back to work, and my littlehon is usually wide awake after lunch. I have to do some activities with him before he takes his nap, and with His Masterpiece not napping while I am working with my littlehon, it can be a real challenge. God is good, He has seen me through yesterday. All of us finally took our nap at 3pm, and it really gave me some sleep to recuperate for night time. I try to be up before the children wake up so that I can cook for dinner. So far yesterday went on pretty smoothly, and I hope that with God's strength, I can handle both children without much difficulty. I know it can be very challenging especially there is no helper and I have to do everything all by myself during daytime~cooking, laundry, changing diapers, home teaching my littlehon etc. I guess God will not put me into situations that I couldn't handle. It is when I am weak that I can fully rely on God's strength to see me through. Thank God for His strength each day, and I pray for strength and more strength from God.
